One simple (and kinda blurry) photo displays the excitement of decorating for Christmas. Granted I'm three weeks later than I wanted to be, but it's never too late. Plus the old German tradition is to put your fresh tree up on Christmas Eve and light every branch with a tiny candle. Sigh...the days when things seemed more simple and tradition was everything....

Day 7 of Twelve Days of Christmas
One simple (and kinda blurry) photo displays the excitement of decorating for Christmas. Granted I'm three weeks later than I wanted to be, but it's never too late. Plus the old German tradition is to put your fresh tree up on Christmas Eve and light every branch with a tiny candle. Sigh...the days when things seemed more simple and tradition was everything....

Hmm, We have known a family that put up a tree on Christmas eve for years and years. I thought it was funny they did that. They also wrapped presents all night. No candles, though. I love this series of "Days of Christmas"
